Opened in 2008, IPPUDO NY in East Village is the first U.S. location and remains a beloved ramen destination. Known for its rich tonkotsu broth, open kitchen, and warm atmosphere, this store blends authentic Japanese tradition with New York’s vibrant energy. It continues to be a lively hub for ramen lovers from all over.

After 13 unforgettable years, IPPUDO Westside closed its doors on August 9.

To every guest who walked through our doors, shared a bowl with us, and became part of our story—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will carry the countless memories we created together into our next chapter and continue striving to bring you the very best of IPPUDO.
